But according to the Orange County Register, Kogi's operators have been banned from selling tacos in Orange County because the company does not have the necessary health permits.
Kogi co-founder /*Roy Choi*/ told the Register that he thought his permits from Los Angeles County, where his business is based, were sufficient. Choi sounded defiant, telling the paper that if he is banned from Orange County, he'll park his trucks at the county line.
