Anderson picked up Isaiah for a visit July 7, but instead of returning the boy, Anderson called the grandmother and told her he would never bring Isaiah home.
The boy's mother, Angela Rhoden now lives in Georgia and is estranged from Anderson. She is concerned about the boy's safety.
Detectives say if you see Michael Anderson or Isaiah, you should contact police.
