The driver refused to stop and led officers on a chase southbound on the 101 Freeway at speeds reaching up to 100 mph.
The driver got off the freeway, running red lights and driving the wrong way on several streets. He hit the guard rail on Moorpark Road before he finally came to a stop in Thousand Oaks.
He finally pulled over and surrendered peacefully to officers. No one was hurt in the chase.
