Investigators say Villanueva had been molesting the alleged 16-year old victim since she was nine-years old.
He is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.

PERRIS, Calif. Sheriff's deputies arrested Albert Villanueva Saturday at a home on Cajalco Road near Dawson Canyon Road in Perris. He was booked for investigation of lewd acts with a child.
