A fifth suspect, Lee Peyton, is serving time in state prison for parole violations. He will be arrested as soon as he is released.
Detectives tracked down the group after Peyton used a credit card stolen from one vehicle. Most of the other stolen items have not been found; investigators think those things were sold to other people.
Most of the burglaries involved purses or other valuables that were left in plain sight. Detectives say the suspects targeted places where people were likely to leave things in their cars, including popular hiking spots, and parking areas around nightclubs.
