Free spay-neuter program for I.E. pit bulls

RIVERSIDE, Calif. The agency said people who pay for vaccinations, a license and microchip will get spaying or neutering for free. The other services cost about $34.

The Pit Bull Project will hold its first clinic on Jan. 13.
