When they learned of the alleged /*MySpace*/ contact, Gardena police took over the girl's online identity and arranged to meet Lopez. When he arrived, he was arrested on charges he committed a lewd act on a child, along with contacting and arranging a meeting with a minor for the purposes of engaging in lewd acts.
Police believe Lopez may have arranged meetings with other young victims.
