The crash caused six northbound lanes of the /*405 Freeway*/ to close at around 5:30 a.m., but they were all reopened by late Sunday morning.
The accident is currently under investigation.
The crash happened near the same location where CHP motorcycle officer /*Phillip Ortiz*/, 52, was critically injured when a car driving up the right shoulder crushed the officer as he wrote a traffic citation.
