The victim's brother, 29-year-old Daniel Fuller, has been arrested in connection to her death. Police say Fuller had just been paroled from a state prison.
The suspect is currently being held at the Isabella County Jail on tribal court charges and pending federal indictment.
It's unclear exactly how Iva Fuller died. An autopsy is scheduled.
Several agencies are investigating, including the FBI and Michigan State Police.
