Video shows car of fatal South L.A. hit-run

SOUTH LOS ANGELES Eleven-year-old Natanael Garcia was in a marked crosswalk when he was hit by an SUV at around 2:30 p.m. on Thursday at 76th and Hoover streets.

The /*Los Angeles Police Department*/ released surveillance video that they believe shows the driver, but authorities have been unable to identify the driver.

Eyewitnesses say a woman was behind the wheel and say she had a long ponytail. The SUV is described as a black or dark blue, with tan trim around the lower body and stock wheels.
