Her hands were tied, so she used her toes to type an e-mail to her boyfriend.
She explained how she did it during an interview on "Good Morning America".
"I realized I could hit the control alt with my right toe and started using the power cord for the laptop clamped in between the other toes on my left foot and used it as a tool to hit the delete key," Windom explained.
During the interview, Windom even demonstrated how she was able to type with her toes.
