Possible haz-mat spill closes WB 210 Fwy

PASADENA, Calif.

The substance reportedly smelled like ammonia.

CHP and fire personnel were on scene investigating.

Authorities closed the eastbound 210 Freeway during the investigation. Motorists were redirected to take the 2 Freeway from the 134 Freeway to detour around the closure.
