Investigators say Petrash exposed himself to two women on two separate occasions.
The first incident happened in May 2009. Petrash is accused of exposing himself to a fellow teacher at a Saddleback Valley Unified School District event. Investigators say Petrash followed the victim into a hotel restroom and entered her stall where he blocked the door and exposed himself. The victim was able to escape.
The Orange County Sheriff's Department says Petrash exposed himself to an orthodontist's receptionist during his son's dental appointment in August 2009.
If convicted, Petrash faces a maximum sentence of two years in jail.
