Spencer went missing from his home on the 800 block of West Stevens Avenue.
When Spencer's brother fell asleep and woke up about 11 p.m. Saturday, Spencer was gone.
Police said Spencer was not on medication and could easily become disoriented. He also has a hard time feeding and caring for himself.
