Driver sought in Compton school hit-and-run

LOS ANGELES A 7-year-old boy was struck by a car in front of Dickison Elementary School.

The boy was complaining of pain. He is expected to survive, but his exact injuries are unknown.

Authorities said the suspect was described as a black male, who was last seen driving eastbound on Compton Boulevard in a red Lexus.
