Life ended up imitating art for royal bride Kate Middleton. Newly obtained home video shows her onstage in a school play when she was 13 years old. The subject matter foreshadows Middleton's offstage future.

"It's saying you should meet a handsome man, a rich gentleman," a fortune-teller character tells Kate onstage. "It is all I'd ever hoped for," responds Kate.

The fortune teller then goes on to tell Middleton's character that the rich, handsome man will fall in love with her and they will get married.

Later on in the performance, a character named William proposes to Middleton's character.

The future royal bride played the lead in the Victorian melodrama "Murder in the Red Barn."
