Study: Alcohol impairs a good night sleep

LOS ANGELES

A new study has found that alcohol interferes with the restorative functions of sleep.

That includes difficulty getting to sleep, early-morning awakening, lack of a sense of deep sleep and difficulty maintaining sleep.
