The San Bernardino Sheriff's Department said Abiathor Mejico was arrested on Monday and booked into West Valley Detention Center.
Deputies said they learned last week that he forced a teenager to have sex with him.
During their investigation, they also said a second victim surfaced, who stated she had been drugged and assaulted by Mejico when she was a minor.
Authorities said Mejico had been a softball coach for years and is also an instructional aid for Pomona High School.
