The bank robber got the name because he demands cash with no bands attached when he approaches a teller.
The FBI said he hit a U.S. Bank on Wednesday in Hacienda Heights.
Two months ago, he made the same demands at a U.S. Bank in Santa Ana, where he showed the teller a weapon beneath his clothing.
