A Washington state mother who vanished nearly 18 years ago has turned up safe and sound in Fontana.

A deck of cold-case playing cards promted the woman to call home out-of-the-blue.

Judith Bello vanished in 1993. The mother of two was supposed to pick up her son at daycare, but disappeared.

Her car was found abandoned at a post office and there were massive searches.

Her profile was added to a deck of cards of unsolved homicides or missing persons.

Bello spotted her card and called her relatives.

"Oh, I feel very happy, very happy. The whole family [and] friends, they're excited, you know?" said brother-in-law Isidro Bello.

Judith told relatives she left because of trouble with her husband and that she has three more children in California.

Relatives are planning to visit her in Fontana before Christmas.
