Umar Love is accused of sexually assaulting at least six girls, ages 14 to 16. Many of the alleged crimes happened at Love's training facility, Evolved Martial Arts, in Apple Valley.
Love was booked for lewd acts with a child and released after posting bail.
Last week, detectives served a search warrant at his house but he was not home, so an arrest warrant was issued.
Officials think Love is traveling with his girlfriend, Suzann Elizabeth Angel. She hasn't been charged with any crime.
Investigators are looking for a green 2001 BMW 325i, with the California license plate number 4SYK536.
