The 35-year-old office is located at 800 South Glendora Ave. and has been closed since October 2010.
Some of the renovations that customers will notice are new flooring, modern furniture, new interior lighting and repairs to the office's parking lot.
The West Covina office handles nearly 375,000 transactions per year and employs 53 people.
