Affleck took to his Facebook page on Wednesday to share the good news.
"We are happy to announce on February 27, Jennifer gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Samuel Garner Affleck," the actor wrote.
Little Samuel joins two older sisters, 3-year-old Seraphina and 6-year-old Violet.
The couple announced last August that they were expecting.
