An extradition hearing was scheduled Tuesday in Peru for Joran Van der Sloot. U.S. prosecutors say Van der Sloot extorted $25,000 from Holloway's family after promising to lead them to her body. She still hasn't been found.
Van der Sloot is currently behind bars in Peru, convicted of killing a business student there.
