Now the actual homeowner, Amir Haddadin, will lose the four-bedroom home to the bank. Haddadin says Suleman was supposed to pay $3,000 a month in rent, but he hasn't seen a penny in more than a year.
The auction was delayed six times prior to Tuesday. The opening bid was $355,000.
