Cohn claims Yuritsi Maria Garcia, 26, stole his iPad after he cut his massage session short.
But in an interview with The Daily Breeze, Garcia said Cohn propositioned her for sex and then assaulted her when she refused. She reportedly said Cohn voluntarily gave her the device.
Garcia and her boyfriend were later arrested for allegedly trying to extort money from Cohn in exchange for deleting the contents of his iPad.
