Anti-Muslim film: Judge denies bid to remove trailer from YouTube

LOS ANGELES

The film "Innocence of Muslims" depicts Mohammad as a religious fraud.

On Friday a federal judge in Los Angeles dismissed a motion for an injunction by Cindy Lee Garcia. It wasn't immediately known whether Garcia's attorneys would file an appeal.

Garcia lost a similar legal challenge in state court in September.

The actress says the man behind the film, Mark Basseley Youssef of Cerritos, had her voiced dubbed over after filming, and that the script she read from did not reference Muslims.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
