Police say Christopher Phernambucq contacted two 17-year-old boys earlier this month on Facebook and lured them to an abandoned home. That's where he allegedly filmed himself performing sex acts on at least one of the boys.
Two weeks later, the alleged victim told his parents, who then called police. Authorities arrested Phernambucq on Tuesday.
In 2006, Phernambucq was sentenced to eight years in prison for felony child pornography charges and sexually assaulting a victim younger than 16.
Officials say there may be additional victims. Anyone with information was asked to call Orange County Crime Stoppers at (855) TIP-OCCS.
