Noguez arrived at his home in Huntington Park after his release downtown, where he posted over $1 million bail.
He's been behind bars since his arrest last October on charges of lowering property tax assessments for campaign contributors. Prosecutors demanded to examine the source of the bail funds before agreeing to his release.
Noguez is due back in court in April along with two co-defendants.
