A bold home break-in in the Playa del Rey area was caught on camera, and detectives are hoping the public can help them identify the suspects.

The victim's neighbor has surveillance video that shows the car casing the neighborhood on Tuesday. You can also see the faces of three people going into the house and then leaving with the stolen goods. They get back into the car and take off.

The victim, who doesn't want to be identified, is shaken up.

"It's the most traumatic thing I've been through. I'm constantly paranoid now and I fear someone will break in while I'm home," the victim said.

The burglars made off with a computer, guns and family jewelry. Detectives are reviewing the video to see if the suspects are connected to a string of other break-ins in the area.

Anyone with information about this case or any of the other crimes was asked to call Los Angeles police at (877) LAPD-24-7.
