VIDEO: Local reaction to announcement on US-Cuba relations

BURBANK, Calif. -- For the first time since 1961, the U.S. and Cuba are reestablishing diplomatic relations and the U.S. plans to build a new embassy in Havana, President Barack Obama announced on Wednesday.
