LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Marion "Suge" Knight will post $75,000 bail and return to California to face a robbery charge, his attorneys said.
Knight did not appear at his extradition hearing Monday morning.
Attorneys for the 49-year-old founder of Death Row Records say he remains hospitalized after falling in jail last week. He was treated at a Las Vegas hospital for a blood clot in his chest discovered after he fell.
"I don't think there's anything life-threatening," attorney Julie Raye said outside court, "but they're concerned about the blood clot in the lung area."
Raye traced Knight's medical problems to six bullet wounds she said Knight suffered in an early Aug. 24 shooting at a West Hollywood nightclub. Two other people also were injured in the gunfire at 1OAK on Sunset Boulevard. Authorities have not identified a suspect.
Authorities arrested Knight in Las Vegas Wednesday on felony charges of stealing a photographer's camera in Beverly Hills on Sept. 5. Officials also arrested comedian Katt Williams in Inglewood. Both men were charged with one count of second-degree robbery.
The camera was allegedly stolen from an independent celebrity photographer, identified as Leslie Redden.
Williams faces a maximum of seven years in prison. This could be Knight's third-strike felony. He faces up to 30 years to life in state prison.
