FONTANA, Calif. -- Massive cleanup is underway in Fontana after a fire broke out at a recycling yard Sunday night.

The blaze was reported around 9:30 p.m. in the 13300 block of Napa Street, San Bernardino County fire officials said. Crews quickly sounded a second alarm as they battled the flames on attack mode.

San Bernardino County firefighters responded with three trucks and nine engines. An inmate crew was also called in for support. The strong winds made the firefight tough for crews.

Firefighters mopped up the burning compost piles all night. There were no reports of any injuries.
