Get that glass of milk ready, Oreo has a new cookie coming out.
The company says its new Oreo Thins are just like there original, just skinnier. But how do the new cookies stack up compared to their bulkier brothers? We put the slimmed-down cookies to the test.

Original Oreos are about 1 3/4 inches wide and 9 millimeters thick, while an Oreo Thin is 1 7/8 inches wide and 5 millimeters thick. Those 4 fewer millimeters translate to about 7 fewer calories, according to ABC News.
Breakability definitely appears to be a concern with the slimmer cookies. Not only did our taste testers find more broken cookies in the package, all but one broke their cookie when trying to perform the all-important Oreo twist move.
"They're fragile," taster Hanna Chu noted upon her first attempt to twist apart a cookie.
The cookies performed better on the dunkability scale, absorbing an acceptable amount of milk without falling apart.
As for the taste? While initially suspect that the thinner cookies wouldn't pack the same level of flavor, most of our testers seemed happy.
"Taste is about the same; [the] cream to cookie ratio seems like it's about the same," taster Rachel Schwartz said. "I'm a fan."
In the end, though, three out of four taste testers said they'll be sticking with the originals.
"I think it's a good idea to have the thins, but I still prefer my thicker, old school, originals to the new thin cookies," taster Chris Myers said.
Oreo Thins hit store shelves nationwide July 13.
