National Coffee Day freebies and discounts

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Tuesday is National Coffee Day, and plenty of businesses are offering scads of deals, discounts and freebies.

As part of the coffee-lover celebration, Krispy Kreme is giving away a free small cup of coffee and a free original glazed doughnut for the holiday. You can also get a small latte or mocha for $1.

Dunkin' Donuts is treating guests to a free medium hot or iced dark roast coffee at participating locations.

To mark National Coffee Day, Peet's Coffee & Tea is giving away a free small cup of Peet's Major Dickason Blend with any purchase of a baked good, oatmeal or fresh food item.

Whole Foods stores nationwide are offering 12 oz. cups of coffee for 25 cents through September.

Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is serving all sizes of iced coffee, flavored iced coffee and iced Americano beverages for half off.
