VIDEO: HelloTech provides help to non tech-savvy

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- It's tech support 2.0. HelloTech, based on the Westside, employs millennials to help those who are not very tech savvy.

Service calls can include setting up your Wi-Fi, audio-video system, Apple TV, backing up your social media accounts or setting up identity protection services.

HelloTech is currently in a trial phase and only servicing homes within a seven-mile radius of UCLA, but the company hopes to expand.

The first hour of tech support is free, and after that, it's about $80 an hour.
