Everyone hates Joe on 'Bachelor in Paradise'...except Samantha

NEW YORK -- This week we picked back up in the middle of the rose ceremony during Clare's freak out on the side with Chris Harrison where she told him, "I don't feel right being here." He tries to tell her that she has nothing to worry about, she has a rose and is in control, so why not give out the rose and stay? Then she gives a speech about how hard it is to be here, but she's not a quitter, blah, blah, blah. She didn't give her rose out just yet, she just went back up and stood on the platform while Ashley I. gave her rose to Jared. Then, Clare got called down and she decided to give her rose to JJ in a shocking twist! Juelia had the last rose of the night and she of course gave it to Joe. Ugh, why can't she just open her eyes and see that he's a giant jerk! That meant that Mikey, Jonathan, and Michael would have to go home. Joe is such a snake, he talks about how all the guys who left are his *expletive*. Nice, keep it classy Joe.

The next day, Juelia is talking about how she already loves Joe because he's so nice. She's way ahead of where this relationship actually is by talking about how she would move to where he lives and everything. Joe is just in it for Samantha and speak of the devil, she walked in. She was on Chris Soules' season of "The Bachelor" and she actually says she's excited to meet Joe because she wants to stay away from the bad guys. Yikes Samantha, you have no idea what you are in for. She of course has a date card and asks Joe to go on her date with her right away! I can't believe out of all the guys there, that's who she likes! Gross!

Juelia says "She's a perfect specimen of a woman, how can I possibly compete with that?" Aww. That's so sad. The other ladies give Juelia their condolences because it's clear what's going to happen. The guys ask Joe right away if they had spoken before the show started, and Joe lies and says no. Tanner knows the truth, yet he kept his mouth shut. Jared said, "Go and have fun, she's a beautiful girl, but definitely talk to Juelia before you go." He doesn't take that advice and goes off on his date anyway. Juelia starts crying and all of the girls crowd around her and hug her.

Joe and Samantha went off to a beautiful hotel where they met up with the executive editor of People Magazine and a photographer for a photo shoot on hot bodies. Joe has a "dad bod" and Samantha has a model body. They quickly covered him up with Samantha and also a shirt. The photos came out amazing! They even did some shots of them making out in the shower by the pool. Everyone was like, "Whoa! Get a room!"

Samantha and Joe returned from their date holding hands and they sat down and told the whole group, including Juelia, about their date. It was awful, Joe even said, "It was hot." He was acting like Juelia didn't even exist! Juelia said she hasn't experienced anything like that since high school! Drama queen Ashley I. helped get her away from the scene and talk about it elsewhere. Jared tried to talk some sense into Joe and told him to go talk to Juelia and all he would say was, "I'm not doing it." He didn't want to, "go have to listen to Debbie Downer." What the heck dude?! He's a coward and a bunch of other words I can't type here.

Joshua told Joe that Juelia wasn't taking it well and he really should go talk to her. So, he finally goes off to talk to her. Juelia spelled out the whole situation and Joe just made things even worse. He said literally nothing to her and just said, "I appreciate you taking the time" and that was that.

Meantime, Tanner and Jade are heating things up. They have been making out in the pool a lot and Jade says that they are the feelings that are "on the road to feeling in love." She says that she can see herself falling in love with Tanner. Carly says that things with Kirk are great and she says that the sexual chemistry is off the charts. She says that she wants to go "all the way" with him, but Kirk yet again hasn't made the move for that. A date card arrived and it said, "Carly, choose a man to light your fire." Of course she picked Kirk. Kirk said that he wanted to come there and take his time and he didn't take his advice and now he's in deep. He said that he realizes that Carly wants to sleep with him and he's not quite ready. It's a make or break night.

Ashley S. has been hanging out with Jorge the bartender who told her that he thinks Dan is a good guy and seems to really like her. Jade asked Dan what is up because she noticed something was off with him. Apparently a few nights ago, Ashley S. had an "emotional moment" and he thinks it is a red flag. He's hoping that someone new will come in that he likes, but at the same time he doesn't want to hurt Ashley S's feelings.

Then Megan Bell showed up. She's from Chris Soules' season. You may remember her as the super dumb one who was banging her head against the wall while wearing a helmet. She went off to buy some touristy clothes because her bag got lost during her flight!

Kirk and Carly went out on their date, while her brother Zak got married in Ireland. She missed her own brother's wedding for this! That's crazy! Kirk told Carly that he's "curious" about her and he wanted to know what she was hoping for with "all this". Carly said she wants to fall in love and get married and have a family. Kirk said that he didn't feel like the typical guy that she would date. He said it takes him a long time to "warm up" to the idea of saying that he's in a relationship. I feel so bad for her, I can't believe he's putting the brakes on!

Ashley S. and Dan went for a walk to a little bed platform and they sat down to have a little talk. Ashley S. professed how much she likes him and Dan said that this atmosphere brings out the best and worst very quickly. Ashley S. was like what? He said that it was so intense from the beginning, but now he's seeing parts of their personalities that might not match up. Her face just fell. He just wanted her to know that he was "questioning things". She told him that she was starting to fall in love with him and if he really feels that way she's planning on leaving. She says that she doesn't want to stay and pretend like she doesn't like him and watch him go out with others and go back to her real life, because she doesn't really want to be there. She's only staying for him.

Back on Carly and Kirk's date, he admits he was in a two-year relationship previous to this. She says that she is at peace with missing her brother's wedding and she's just happy that he's happy. She decided to call him and congratulate him! She told him that she missed him and told him that she's on a date with Kirk. Kirk said, "Hi, congratulations, nice to meet you." It was so sweet that she got to talk to him! She completely woke Zak up in the middle of the night, um his wedding night! Kirk then thought that he's been being silly and he should be embracing someone who is letting him into their life to that degree! They watched fireworks together and hugged and kissed in the moonlight. Kirk offers to get them a hotel room for the night, his treat, and stay in their own fantasy suite of sorts!

Then, Megan Bell finally made her way to paradise. Then she said, "Aloha Mexico!" This girl is insanely dumb. I know that's mean to say, but it's true! She came with a date card and Dan is hoping that she'll ask him. She decided to get to know all of the guys before asking anyone out. She says that she likes Dan and JJ so far.

Kirk and Carly woke up in their hotel room where he says that they got to know each other on "another level". I'm sure. Kirk now says that he can see a future with her! They are both so happy! Carly says that she's totally falling in love with Kirk.

Megan decided to ask JJ out on her date, and she did it by waking him up in his bed in the early morning. JJ says he's super excited to go on the date. Dan is bummed that JJ got asked out and not him. Joe and Samantha are still creeping all over and making out in every hot tub. Juelia feels the most disrespected that she's ever felt. She says Joe told her that he never felt that way about another girl when talking to her. That's terrible! Poor Juelia FaceTimed with her sweet daughter while Joe got down and dirty with Samantha. It was awful. Dan is out to make sure Joe gets sent home, we'll see if it works!

Ashley S. asked Joe if he told Samantha about his time with Juelia and he said, no. Ashley tried to get the truth out of Joe about talking to Samantha before the show, and finally he said that he did talk to her. He said that he talked to her on social media and text before they got there for a MONTH. That's a long time! He totally used Juelia to wait around for Samantha to show up. Jared told him that everyone thinks that he played Juelia. Joe was like, "Really?" Um yeah dude, everyone knows you are the worst.

Joe, Jade and Juelia had a talk about everything that happened between her and Joe and they were infuriated for her. Dan goes to grab Joe so that Juelia can talk to him. Joe was like "Why are you sticking your head in everyone's business?" Joe was critical that Dan was older than him and on a reality tv show, whatever man. He convinces Dan to come back with him and Juelia and Jade are sitting there and fuming! Juelia confronted him about how he had been talking to Samantha and how he knew she would be showing up. She asked him how he could use her to wait around for Samantha? Joe said, "We had a great time, a great connection, but Samantha and I had a better connection, true or false?" Ick, that's freaking awful. Joe said it's been blown out of proportion by other people and he's just avoiding every question and having a horrible tone of voice. Jade even thought that his tone was awful too. At last, Juelia realizes that Joe is an *expletive* and it seems like she's on the road to closure. She sticks it to Joe by telling him that she's going to tell Samantha everything that had happened on their date and let her have all the facts. Then he finally says, "I'm sorry", what a snake!

Samantha strolls in and Juelia tells her that there's a situation in front of Joe, Jade and Dan. Samantha asks Juelia to go talk away from the group. Joe even forgot Juelia's name when talking to the producers! This guy is ridiculous! Joe is so upset because he thinks he's probably going to lose Samantha now.

Tomorrow, it seems like Samantha isn't going to care what Juelia says because it appears they are still together. JJ and Joe might get in a physical fight over everything! And, I think Mackenzie joins paradise and makes a play for Dan! She does like the older guys! We'll find out what happened on Megan's and JJ's date tomorrow too.
