La Mirada streets flooded by water main break

LA MIRADA, Calif. (KABC) -- Some residents in La Mirada were without water Thursday morning after an overnight water main break.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the break around 2:30 a.m. in the 11700 block of Toerge Drive. The water company was on scene to repair the break. It was not immediately known when water service would be restored.

An eastbound lane of La Mirada Boulevard was shut down during repairs.
