Chase of stolen hospital bus ends in Panorama City

Police were chasing a driver of a stolen Children's Hospital bus on surface streets in North Hollywood.

It is believed no patients or children are on board.

The chase through the South Los Angeles area ended after about a half hour as the vehicle pulled over and at least four suspects jumped out and began running through yards.

LAPD units approached the neighborhood a few minutes later to begin the search.

LAPD officers are chasing a reported stolen vehicle with at least three individuals inside through the South Los Angeles area.

Authorities confirm the suspect parked under the freeway and fled on foot. The abandoned suspect vehicle was seen by news crews.
