DMV says victim in Malibu crash had expired driver's license

MALIBU, Calif. (KABC) -- The driver killed in the multi-vehicle crash in Malibu involving Bruce Jenner did not have a current driver's license.

The California Department of Motor Vehicles says Kim Howe's license expired in 2007.

The 69-year-old Calabasas resident was killed and seven others were injured in the chain-reaction accident on Saturday.

At one point during the crash, Jenner's Cadillac Escalade slammed into the Lexus driven by Howe.

Investigators are still searching for witnesses to the deadly accident.
