Man falls to his death from LAX parking structure, police say

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A man fell to his death from a Los Angeles International Airport parking lot on Saturday, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The incident was reported just after 9:30 a.m. near the parking lot of Terminal 4, the LAFD said.

Fire officials said an unidentified man fell from the departure level to the arrival level of the terminal. Further details on the circumstances surrounding the person's death were not immediately known.

Airfield operations were not impacted by the incident, fire officials said, and a description of the man killed was not released.
