WILKERSON, Calif. (KABC) -- A 4.8-magnitude earthquake struck in Inyo County on Tuesday.
The earthquake struck near Wilkerson, California, in Inyo County at about 3:05 p.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The USGS originally reported the earthquake at 5.3 magnitude, but later downgraded it to 4.8 magnitude.

About 20 minutes after the initial earthquake, another 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck nearby, according to the USGS.
The Inyo County Sheriff's Department in Bishop, California, told ABC7 they felt the earthquake, but there weren't reports of damage or injuries.
