CHINO HILLS, Calif. (KABC) -- A memorial service was held in Chino Hills on Monday for a local woman killed in the Isla Vista massacre.

Friends, family and sorority sisters of 22-year-old Katie Cooper gathered at St. Paul of the Apostle Church to say goodbye.

The UC Santa Barbara senior was remembered for her unending compassion and generosity. She was someone who would lend out her bike so a friend could make it to class on time and would bake cookies for her friends during finals, her loved ones said.

Cooper was one of six students killed last month in the shooting rampage in Isla Vista.
