Man killed in Moreno Valley hit-run; driver sought

MORENO VALLEY, Calif. (KABC) -- A man was killed in a hit and run in Moreno Valley on Friday, and police are searching for the driver.

Police said Andrew Delgado, 32, was hit just around 6:45 p.m. at Alessandro Boulevard near Kitching Street. Authorities pronounced Delgado dead at the scene.

Investigators said Delgado was walking in the eastbound lanes of Alessandro, when a driver in a dark-colored SUV hit him and kept going.
