LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Los Angeles police were searching Sunday night for three men who allegedly robbed a marijuana dispensary in Mid-City Los Angeles and shot one of the employees.
The men, believed to be in their 20s, entered the dispensary on Pico Boulevard and Orange Grove Avenue shortly before 7 p.m. pretending to be customers. One of the suspects then pulled out a gun to rob the store, police said.
Employees were forced to open a safe and the thieves stole the contents inside, police said. A suspect then allegedly shot one of the employees in the leg, before they all fled the scene on foot.
The shooting victim was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
