Nordstrom looking to hire thousands of job seekers in California

Nordstrom is looking to hire thousands of people here in California.

This Friday and June 18, the retailer will be hosting "hiring days" events.

It says it is looking to fill both seasonal and year-round positions at all of its Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores, as well as its supply-chain facilities.

About half the openings are in sales. The supply-chain jobs could include a sign-up bonus.
