2 extricated from vehicles after crash in Orange

ORANGE, Calif. (KABC) -- Two drivers had to be extricated from their vehicles after colliding in Orange early Saturday morning, police said.

The collision occurred near Chapman and Canyon View avenues shortly before 7:20 a.m.

Both victims were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.

Chapman Avenue was temporarily closed following the collision. The Orange Police Department is investigating whether alcohol or drugs played a factor in the crash.
