4.2-magnitude earthquake strikes Frazier Park area, USGS says

FRAZIER PARK, Calif. (KABC) -- A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck the Frazier Park area in Kern County early Sunday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The earthquake struck just after 3:30 a.m. about 1 mile southeast of Frazier Park, USGS said. The USGS ShakeAlert system was also activated.

No injuries or damages were immediately reported.
