Chase suspects at large after pursuit ends in 4-vehicle crash in Pacoima

PACOIMA, Calif. (KABC) -- Two suspects involved in a police chase were at large after the brief pursuit ended in a four-vehicle crash in Pacoima, authorities said.

The pileup was reported shortly after 11 p.m. at the intersection of Laurel Canyon Boulevard and Osborne Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

News video from the scene showed extensive damage to the vehicles involved, including a cargo van and two pickup trucks.

There were no reports of major injuries.

The suspects fled on foot after the collisions. Descriptions of the individuals being sought were not available.

The circumstances that led to the car chase were unclear.
