This former bank, which was turned into a home and used as the set of "The Real World: Philadelphia" in 2004, is now on the market for $4.3 million.

The 15,000-square-foot building is located at 249 - 253 Arch Street in Old City. It was constructed in 1902 and was the former home of the Girard Corn Exchange Bank.

The group points out the building is "suitable for a variety of uses, including retail, office and event space."
